Executive Management
Hamid Nouri - President, Mr. Nouri has over 25 years of experience in information technology management consulting, IT Executive Management and systems integration. Prior to co-founding NAI, he spent 7 years at Gartner and in his last position he was responsible for the worldwide Client Services organization. During his tenure at Gartner he was a member of the core management team who led the growth of the Gartner Consulting organization from $40Million to over $250Million annually. Prior to Gartner, he held the position of the executive director of Information Systems at Countrywide Funding, the nation’s largest independent mortgage banker, where he was responsible for IT Operations and strategic technology planning.
Mr. Nouri has conducted numerous engagements for a range of clients from the Fortune 100 to startup companies. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Planner (CISSP) and ITIL Manager (Masters) Certified. He is also a member of the itSMF USA Certification Committee leadership team and EXIN U.S. Quality Improvement initiative. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from California State University of Northridge, and a Masters in Business Administration from Santa Clara University with concentration in finance and marketing.
Pamela Blair - Chief Financial Officer, Ms Blair has over 20 years of experience in a number of financial executive and management consulting roles. She is an expert in income tax planning, financial planning and investment advisory services, and business financial systems and administration. She was the CFO for an export company who held the first Apple Computer export license as well as a boutique-advertising agency. She has also served as CFO for a dot-com startup securing angel and A round financing. Additionally she has provided ongoing support to the CFO for another dot-com startup company from inception to closing instituting financial systems and controls, training accounting staff, interfacing with PriceWaterhouseCoopers for audited financial statement preparation. Ms. Blair has a Master’s Certificate in Personal Financial Planning, awarded with distinction, from UC Berkeley, NASD Series 7, 24, 63 licenses.
